Mr. T. K. Ng is the founder and principal of NTK Learning Center. As a teacher with over 20 years of classroom experience, Mr. Ng is widely recognized for his excellence in teaching throughout his career. As principal of NTK, Mr. Ng has been a mentor and adviser to countless students over the years. His commitment to helping young people realize their full potential has helped his students to get into some of the most prestigious colleges and universities worldwide.
As the Director of NTK, Mr. Ng is rigorous in his attention to the quality of teaching and level of service provided for our students and parents. His exacting and lofty standards is a reflection of his commitment to excellence in education for our next generation.

James Tsao is the General Manager of NTK Learning Center, and oversees all functions of the school, both operationally and academically. He finished high school at an international school in Asia and earned his undergraduate degree at the University of Toronto in Canada and graduate degree at California State University Fullerton in the United States. He went on to work in Taipei, San Francisco, New York, and China before choosing to settle in Hong Kong.
James firmly believes that learning should be for learning's sake, but he also knows that guidance is imperative to put that learning to effective use. As Mark Twain eloquently put it, "Training is everything. The peach was once a bitter almond; cauliflower is nothing but cabbage with a college education." Young people should have the desire to learn as well as translate that knowledge into opportunities at leading schools.
As an Educational Consultant, James works with students on their school applications, personal statements/essays, and interviews and has also been teaching the SAT, SSAT and IB English A1 for several years. He's proud to have seen an abundant number of his students enter into prestigious schools of their choice and become self-thinking adults in the process.
